As it is said, you cannot figure out what girls are thinking but Gasai Yuno is far ahead from this. You cannot predict what she can do at any given time. She has a very irrational way of thinking which adds up to her character in the anime. Her sudden character change from being a very cute and loving girl to becoming a killing monster is a noteworthy thing to look out for in the anime.
No.4 => Tanya Degurechaff
Anime : Saga of Tanya the Evil

Tanya is a small girl having significant amount of magic powers, who have achieved some phenomenal rankings and posts in the military regiment due to her calculative and fearless attitude. She is quite adamant in her ways and has zero belief in God. Her desire is to stay as much away from wars as possible but unfortunately, she has always been dragged to the front lines. You will definitely want to see more of her in the anime!

No.3 => Alucard

Anime : Hellsing Ultimate

Most of you might have seen vampires who sucks blood from humans. But this guy is on a whole new level who feeds on human’s soul. His battles are mostly one-sided with him dominating the enemy. In spite of his evil character, his loyalty towards his master is unquestionable. He has his own way of doing things whether the society likes it or not.


No.2 => Ainz Ooal Gown

Anime : Overlord

Ainz Ooal Gown has set a benchmark of his own in terms of overwhelming power and his kingly attitude. Apart from this, you can always see him calm and wise in decision making. He is very strategic and tactical, as he always plans ahead of things before taking action. One might get a preconceived notion of evilness from his appearance but trust me, he wants betterment of Nazarick and he will get that at any cost.  

No.1=> Light Yagami
Anime : Death Note

This list would have been incomplete without Light as no character could ever match the awesomeness of this character. The way Light is portrayed in the anime is mind blowing and the phases starting from when he begins his journey from killing bad people(in order to bring peace to the society) to killing innocent people so as to not reveal his identity makes this anime legendary.
