Top 5 Most Anticipated Anime of Spring 2019

Hey guys! What’s going on? As spring season is approaching, I thought of making a list of most anticipated anime that are going to be release in spring. So without further ado, let’s begin :  

No.5 => Demon Slayer

Release Date : 6th April (Japan)

Plot : Since ancient times, rumors have abounded of man-eating demons lurking in the woods. Because of this, the local townsfolk never venture outside at night. Legend has it that a demon slayer also roams the night, hunting down these bloodthirsty demons. For young Tanjirou, these rumors will soon to become his harsh reality...

Ever since the death of his father, Tanjirou has taken it upon himself to support his family. Although their lives may be hardened by tragedy, they've found happiness. But that ephemeral warmth is shattered one day when Tanjirou finds his family slaughtered and the lone survivor, his sister Nezuko, turned into a demon. To his surprise, however, Nezuko still shows signs of human emotion and thought...

Thus begins Tanjirou's quest to fight demons and turn his sister human again.

No.4 => Fruits Basket

Release Date : 5th April (Japan)

Plot :When high school student Tohru Honda's mother dies in a car crash, Tohru decides to live with her grandfather. Renovations on the house and unsupportive and unkind family members cause her to move out of her grandfather's house temporarily and, since she has nowhere else to go, Tohru begins living in a tent and supporting herself. That is, until she finds a home in the least likely of places, inhabited by her popular classmate Yuki Soma and his cousin Shigure. The first day Tohru moves into the Soma house, an orange haired teenager crashes through the roof of her new bedroom and starts attacking Yuki. This newcomer is Kyo, Yuki and Shigure's aggressively angry cousin. Once Kyo loses quickly to Yuki, he tries to fight him again. When he's about to attack, Tohru tries to stop him, but slips on an article of clothing, making her fall onto Kyo's back. When this happens, Tohru discovers something big about the Somas.

The Somas live with a curse. Twelve members of the family (not including Kyo, who is the cat) are possessed by spirits of the Chinese zodiac and turn into their zodiac animal when they are weak, under stress, embarrassed, or when hugged by someone of the opposite sex.

When Tohru discovers the Somas' secret, she promises not to tell and is allowed to keep living with them. Although the Somas' curse is deeper and darker than Tohru realized, her presence and her acceptance of them soon becomes a large, positive influence on those possessed by the zodiac. She sets out to break the curse and, on the way, meets and discovers the Soma's vengeful zodiac spirits. Each has a different personality, just like the animals in the Chinese zodiac. One by one, Tohru's existence changes the Soma clan's lives forever.

No.3 => Bungou Stray Dogs Season 3

Release Date : 12th April

Plot : Atsushi Nakajima, lives in an orphanage which has been plagued by a mystical tiger that only he can see. The orphanage people throws him out concluding that Atsushi is responsible for their sufferings.

Wandering near a riverbank, he finds a man named Osamu Dazai drowning in the river. With no second thoughts in mind, he rushed to save him from drowning. Dazai is a supernatural detective who has been investigating the case of mystical tiger for several years. After knowing Atsushi’s background, he with his partner Doppo sets on a journey to solve the mystery behind the tiger.

No.2 => Attack On Titan Season 3 Part 2

Release Date : 28th April

Plot : Set in a different world where humans live in constant fear of Titans who kills and eats them mercilessly. In order to protect themselves from Titans, they have built huge walls so as to block Titans from coming to their villages. But as the outermost wall decimates, hundreds of lives are massacred and catastrophic devastation takes place.  The story is about how humans fight them back and tries to recapture their villages.

No.1 => One Punch Man Season 2

Release Date : 9th April (Special Episode on 2nd April)

Plot : Saitama is coming back with his one punch defeating super villains , with his student Genos.It would be great to see if Saitama gets an opponent who is worth more than his one punch.Apart from this, we are introduced to a shadowy man Garou who wish to carry out some evil activities. Also, it was brought to our notice by Drive Knight that Metal Knight is Genos's Enemy. So we might see a brawl or a fight between these two in the upcoming season.
