Top 5 Best One Piece Arcs So Far

Hey guys, what’s going on? Today we will be discussing the best arcs so far we have seen in One Piece. The ranking is completed dependent on how good the arcs were, how properly each phase was unfolded and how some of the major mysteries were resolved.

So without further ado, let’s begin :

No.5 => Alabasta Arc

Episodes : 92-135

Alabasta Arc sets in a far out deserted land. In this arc, we get to see Ace, luffy’s brother and his incredible power. Not only that we get to see a glimpse of Dragon’s Incredible Power. Each of the straw hat surpasses their limits in this arc in order to defeat Crocodile and his gang. This is the first major arc which gave One Piece a boost where all the straw hats were involved in some fight.

No.4 => Skypiea Arc

Episodes : 153 - 195

Skypiea is set in one of the sky island, with a beautiful side story of Mont Blanc Noland and Calgara. We get to see the observation haki for the first time. Well, I personally believe Skypiea is present in this list just because of Enel. Entire arc revolved around Enel and his incredible power. It was so awesome that none of the straw hat or shandian could stand against him. Although, luffy defeats him just because he had complete opposite devil fruit as that of Enel which nullifies Enel’s Abilities.

No.3 => Dressrosa Arc

Episodes : 629 - 746

Dressrosa Arc is very important as it shows the actual difference between the straw hats power before and after time-skip. Other than this, this arc holds importance as it disrupts the balance in the underworld and secondly, it creates Straw hat Grand Fleet which will be useful in some time. We were introduced to new Fleet Admiral and some of the members of Dragon’s Revolutionary Army.

No.2 => Enies Lobby Arc

Episodes : 264 - 312

This arc starts with Franky’s Entry and ended with Luffy’s 3rd Gear, Zoro’s Asura , Sanji’s Diable Jambe, Chopper’s Monster Form,etc. This arc also marks the rift between Strawhats and CP0.

No.1 => Marineford Arc

 

Episodes : 457-489

This arc is certainly the best arc since every time I watch even a glimpse of this, it still gives me goosebumps. A very well directed and executed arc in which we get to see all the admirals, warlords and Whitebeard Pirates in action. With Ace’s life on the line, Luffy and Whitebeard gives their 100% to save him from Marine. Following Whitebeard’s defeat, Blackbeard and Shanks also makes their entry in Marineford.
